Abstract

This study aims to measure the effects of knowledge sharing behavior and the level of informa- tion technology innovation on  employee  performance  on electronic manufacturing company located in Bata- mindo Industrial Park. In this article, the authors use research design methods that are associative through survey by distributing questionnaires to the respondents at random. Then, a mathematical model is established through multivariate regression where  the  interaction  of the  independent  variables  and  dependent  variable  is established. As the results, the study concludes that knowledge sharing behavior partially has no significant effects on employee performance but has significant effect on the level of information technology innovation to performance and simultaneously both variables have a significance effect to employee  performance.

Abstract

Nowadays, the technology rapidly develops. Renewable trend, some companies use Internet-based applications to support product marketing. Not only on promotion activities in order to display the products known by their customers, even some companies use this technology to support transactions, such as selling products to consumers. At present various ways of Internet-based transactions are often found as E-Payment, E-Transaction, E-Money and others, which aims to serve the entire world. E-Commerce is part of the E-Business is used by many corporations and individuals. This research introduced a method of marketing and Internet-based transactions. Examples include using a web blog. It also will discuss the differences between the E-Business with E-Commerce.Keywords: E-Business, E-Commerce, technology

Abstract

Food is the main basic need of human, because of that fulfillment of human need of food has to be fulfilled. So it can fulfill that need, then government institution, Food Security Agency (BKP) is formed so it can monitor fulfillment of food need of society. The goals of this writing are to develop food security information system that provides dashboard facility based on business intelligence, to develop food security information system that can give fast, precise and real time information about food security, to develop decision-making support system for chairman in food security institution. Data is obtained from questionnaires to 51 respondents that are chairmen in Food Security Agency. Data is analyzed with SWOT analysis method for business environment and IT balanced scorecard (IT BSC) for IS/IT environment. The result of analysis of food security information system in Food Security Agency can help chairman in decision-making by presenting information about dashboard that gives fast, precise and real time information. It can be concluded that development of information is successfully done.

Abstract

Online learning is a learning method that doesn’t close any possibility can be run with collaboration between learning asynchronous and synchronous model. This research is to find out whether lecturer’s professionalism and student’s interest and study motivation give significant effect to academic achievement of bachelor degree online learning in BINUS university either concurrent or partial. Sampling technique that is used is random sampling, and used sample is about 99 samples of active student. Hypothesis testing that is done using one lane analysis model, where analysis is done using regression analysis test and corelation analysis test either concurrent or partial. The result of this research can be concluded that there is significant effect between lecturer’s professionalism, student’s interest and motivation with student’s academic achievement either partial or concurrent. This research result is hoped to be able to give benefit to BINUS University, so it can be suggestion in developing teaching and learning system in BINUS online learning by paying attention to external and internal factors that affect and increase student’s academic achievement.

Abstract

The goals of this research are to analyze factors affecting buying interest of e-commerce customers residing in the areas of Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi in Indonesia. A questionnaire is developed as the data acquisition instrument and is pretested by 30 respondents. The pretest is intended to evaluate the validity and reliability of the instrument. For the research, the data are collected from a random sample of 200 respondents. The research variables are ease of use, enjoyment, shopping experience, trust, promotion/advertising, and price. A structural equation model is established to assess the relations between the interested variables. As the results, the analysis shows that the factors of ease of use, promotion/advertising, and price significantly influence the buying interest. Meanwhile, the enjoyment, shopping experience, and trust do not affect the buying interest.
